Children are provided with home cooked healthy meals if needed. I encourage routine at mealtimes of sitting together at the dinning table,the children help with the preparation of this by setting their own table mats and cutlery.

Fresh drinking water and reduced sugar juice are available to drink all day. I provide snacks in the morning and afternoon such as yogurt and fruit, cheese on wholemeal toast or a home made bun.
